Bridge Program

WaveWorks Bridge Program

The WaveWorks Bridge Program connects industry and education to ensure the maritime workforce is prepared for the future. Through focused national work groups and industry-led discussions, the program brings together employers, technology providers, supply chain partners, educators, and workforce leaders to identify emerging skill needs and align training with real-world industry requirements.
These collaborative efforts produce practical resources that help educators, trainers, and workforce development organizations keep pace with evolving technologies and workforce demands across the ocean economy.

Participation in Bridge Program work groups is by invitation to ensure productive collaboration and meaningful industry engagement. If you are interested in participating in a future work group, please contact WaveWorks Alliance.
